The Brief

What We Did

• Removed the old boiler: Safely disconnected and removed the existing unit, ensuring all gas and water connections were properly isolated before any work began.
• Flushed the system: The heating system was flushed to clear any sludge and debris, protecting the new boiler and improving circulation throughout the home.
• Installed the new combi boiler: A modern high-efficiency unit fitted to manufacturer specifications, with flue, pipework and gas connections all checked and tested.
• Upgraded the controls: New thermostatic controls fitted and configured, giving the homeowners better comfort and more efficient use of their heating.
• Commissioned and tested: The boiler was filled, pressurised, and thoroughly tested. All controls, thermostats and safety devices were verified to work correctly before handover.
• Explained operation and registered the warranty: Gary walked the homeowners through how to use the new controls, and the manufacturer warranty was registered on their behalf.
